I don't know. She has only appeared in one picture as far as I know. She should've made an actual appearance.

She appeared "for real" in a Brazilian story from the 70s, together with Eega's whole family: aunt, uncle, nieces and grandfather ! (as far as I can understand portuguese)

She appeared in a photo in The Man of Tomorrow. I didn't know she made an actual appearance. Thanks for the info.

She just looks like Eega Beeva in drag. I wouldn't have called her "terrifying," but why em em vee.
(Man, I'd LOVE to read that Brazilian story, but it sure is ultra-obscure.)

It looks like a very interesting story. Can someone post the COA listing for it? I'd like to see what countries have printed the story. If I'm lucky, it will have been printed in The Netherlands. Eega Beeva was very popular there in the 1970s and 1980s. Maybe the reason I don't know the story is that I never bought Oberon's pocket books. At the very least. I can read Portuguese enough to follow the story, as I am fluent in Spanish, and can understand French. But, I might also have a choice of finding a Scandinavian or German issue.
This should give me some impetus to write an Eega Beeva story.

Nice juxtaposition of a Murry-ish Mickey with a Gottfredson-ish Eega Beeva. Would've been nice to see these stories reprinted in English during the Gemstone/Boom era.

I see that the story has only been printed in Brazil (3 times), and once in Spain. The Brazilian issues are probably easier to find.

My understanding (someone in the know can correct me if I'm wrong) is that Brazilian stories are comparatively rarely printed outside of South America because the publisher insists on sending them to foreign publishers in a format that's difficult to work with. But whether it's that or something else, it's too bad--it seems like there's a whole world of Disney comics out there that is simply inaccessible to most people.
