Quote from user: ClaptonQuote from user: WBBut what I **really** wish was that Gemstone had printed Wright's "Ghost of Maneater Mountain" serial (which is just a phenominally well crafted Mickey serial along the lines of Gottfredson type stuff) and "Valley of the Kachinas" (which was not only his return to pencilling/writing Mickey Mouse in the Gold Key era, but tied into Gottfredson lore via the use of his grandfather, Abermarle Mouse - an extreme rarity for the Mickey comics of that time) for WDC&S. I remember practically begging David to print that on down the line, but alas.

Maybe someone can eventually pester Boom to print them should they get around to printing the older stuff in some way, some time in the future.

I would love to see both of those stories reprinted by IDW along with the rest of Bill Wright's comic book work when IDW gets the chance.

So would I. There are several Bill Wright later stories from Gold Key that hat TERRIBLE colouring, that I'd like to get with blue rather than pink or yellow skies.

Hey, fellas??we just reprinted "The Professor's Experiment" (the soda atom story) as our non-Gottfredson bonus in Floyd Gottfredson Library Vol 7.
As for more Wright, we've got some on the list at IDW, though I can't formally announce anything yet.
