Friend of mine searches the name of the artist of this signature:

He is someone who was in artist's corner in Disney World in early 1990's. Han..... H....?

That sample looks more like Tino Santanach Hernandez or Ignasi Calvet Estéban of Tello-Team to me. Hard to say for sure. Can't remember the actual story.

That is definitely NOT Santanach. Maybe it is Esteban, or maybe The Tello Team, or one of the lesser-known Spanish Studio Artists.

Definately not the Tello Team. Not sure who it is, I can't remember all the names. But I'm sure I've seen his artwork before, in 90s comics.

One friend identified it as H 85028, credited to the Comicon studio in Inducks. I think that's early Cesar Ferioli.

Yes! Boehoe (Boo Hoo in English) is typical children's crying in Dutch. Dutch Disney used Comicup Studio (Spain) a lot. I haven't heard of them using "Comicon Studio". It looks as if it could have been a Comicup artist.
