This is indeed wonderful.
Isn't it ironic, though, that the Mickey Mouse strip deals with non-anthropomorphic ducks, and the Donald Duck strip deals with non-anthropomorphic mice?

I thought of that, too - and went on looking for the Daffy Duck-likeness of the duck-ducks!

As far as I can see, the other strips' dates are changed, so this one probably is as well.

That Mickey is actually YM 58-01-01. It has been redated one day off, obviously (as 01-02), so it doesn't quite match the original schedule either.

Cool. Not that this is exactly deathless material, but it's still gonna be neat to read "new" DD and MM every day, just as if they wuz still running!
