I have been looking for pictures or stories of Grandma Duck when she was young but haven't been so successful - so if somebody have something or know where to find pictures, I would be thankful if someone could help me out.
One I have found is by Paul Murry and Carl Fallberg were Grandma tells about her childhood to Gus Goose, that how she and her family manage to survie a massive blizzard.
Also I found this picture on Google:

Is this a statue of a young Grandma Duck at Disneyland? It looks like it to me...

I don't know if it is or not. I know one panel of A Little Something Special shows Grandma Duck when she was a little girl.

Define "young"--she's certainly young-ER in Rosa's "Invader of Fort Duckburg."

I have my own depiction of Grandma when she was younger. Should make a picture of that.

Freddy Milton drew a story in which Grandma explains something about her youth, telling the story of how she ended up marrying Grandpa (Duck).

It was printed in The Dutch Weekly a few years ago. Here is a scan of the first 2 pages:

Marco Rota drew The Life Story of Donald Duck in 1984 for Donald's 50th birthday. Here is the page in which Uncle Scrooge and Grandma find the orphaned Donald. They are both supposed to be about 20 years younger than they appear in most stories, but they don't look much younger:

The YoungDD series has a younger Grandma Duck, altough it turned out the same as the scan shown above: not much difference.

In "This Is Your Life, Donald Duck" (USA Four Color series #1109) (1959), Tony Strobl drew Grandma taking care of Donald when he was an infant and a child. She looked as old as her "normal self" in most comics.

Rob, what is the story code of that Milton story? I'm very interested in (searching and) reading it!

I wish I had remeber this story when I wrote articles for this book (about Duck family).

There is of course this one, where we can see Granma Duck as little girl.

I just read it and this story has something strange over itself.. The story should be about young Grandma Duck marrying to Grandpa Duck and should explain about how Grandpa Duck disappeared and how she got the farm and that definitely fits in both the story and the drawings. But I think the publishers changed the young Grandma Duck into Grandma's aunt called Klazine Duck. Klazine Duck marries and her husband never returns from his journey. At the end she would have inherited the property of her aunt, because her aunt didn't have offspring.

I bet they changed the original story... But why?
