I got a book from the Library called "100 Best Album Covers". One of them was Neon Park's "Down on the Farm" and he made a few celebrity Ducks...maybe not like the form of Donald Duck or something, but was he inspired by Disney Ducks?

I've never seen his other duck work, but I posted a a link to the cover you referenced in another thread (Sexy Duck Art or some such thing.)
