Stoneheart Glomgold ? Glomgold --------married-------- ?McDuck

I think "Flint"'s mother is a boer because, he is a boer too (Don Rosa), while his father's family is from Great-Britain, as demonstrate by Stoneheart (London) and Bogey McDivot (Scotland).
Junior is the perfect nephew who excel in every thing (from S 88020).
Slackjaw Snorehead is a Lars Jensen's creation, he is lazy, but very intelligent (from D 2005-197).

I must say I agree on your view on the Glomgold family especially that Flintheart is half boer and half Scottish. I have a few ideas myself when it comes to certain points - mostly about his parents. Perhaps you have seen my drawing on Flintheart's father and mother:
A name I figured out for Flinty's father is Buckshot Glomgold - because I have created him to be a trophy hunter. The father to me is pretty mean, like Flintheart, but his mother is a good person as we can see in "The Money Champ" by Carl Barks were Flintheart mentions her.
I have never heard of Junior before, is there a picture of him somewhere?

Where do Bogey and Stoneheart appear?
Roger North
I think Stoneheart would be Buckshot's father since Stoneheart is Flintheart's Grandfather and Buckshot is Flintheart's father. Bogey is probably Flintheart's distant cousin. I still think it's weird that Bogey is related to both Scrooge and Flintheart. I never even thought of Flintheart having any relatives until I saw Stoneheart and Bogey's names on Giles Maurice's Duck Family Tree although I did make up an ancestor for Flintheart a few years back. His name was Lord Artefact Glomgold and he was an enemy of Sir Eider McDuck. I'll talk more about him on my Ideas for New Disney Characters Thread.

Stoneheart comes from D 5952 and Bogey... sincerely I don't remember...

ps: Quackberg, your drawing is FANTASTIC !!!
CONGRATULATIONS !!!

Bogey McDivot comes from this story by John Lustig and Vicar: D 99285
By the way, an article about this character has been made on the SAD website by Niels Jakob Soe Loft: http://donaldisme.dk/flintesten.htm#note1

Thanks. I even know both stories...

As "Glom" is an English (dialectical) word that doesn't exist in Dutch/Flemish/Afrikaans, and Gold is an English word (and not a Dutch word (goud)), I assume that Flintheart's father's line was the one from Scotland. If his mother's family were indeed from Boer stock, I wonder if they were descended originally from the original Dutch Cape Colony pioneers, later Dutch immigrants, or German or French Huguenot settlers?

And, I had thought that Flintheart was also born in Scotland (as Scrooge), but made his fortune in South Africa. Your version of his history would have his father migrating from Scotland, meeting a Boer woman there, marrying her (presumably-or is Flintheart a bastard?), and the mother bearing Flinty in South Africa.
I'm SURE that Barks said that Flintheart was born in Scotland.

I'm pretty sure that Barks didn't mention that in his stories but he might have said that on another occasion, but I don't know.

But what about that Junior fellow - in what comic does he appear, S 88020 doesn't say that much to me and I haven't find it in InDucks.

You're right, he didn't. Flinty was introduced as a "South African mine owner" in the first story. No mention of his nationality or ancestry in the other two stories.
