You can view the available Disney comics here:
http://us.playstationcomics.com/main/digital-comics/issues.html#/catalog?filter:publisherName=Disney%20Digicomics&scrollToResult=1
They seem to be $0.99 each and there are some free ones too.

I thought that one of the advantages with digital comics was that there are no printing costs. So how come that the digital versions are more expensive than the printed versions?

Look for "anonymous proxy" on a web search engine to get to that page without being located in the US. An anonymous or transparent proxy will make the site believe you're a US customer.

I'm not sure what this affects: I'm able to follow all of the links in this thread using a normal Swedish IP address. But I guess that special hardware from Sony is required in order to download any of the comic stories.
Oh, wait, there is one fishy thing: it says "Change your current location (United States)", but the legal information at the bottom of the page mentions only "Sony Computer Entertainment Europe". Why would Sony Computer Entertainment Europe be responsible for an American web site?

99 cents for a 25-30 page story is 1/3rd of the cost of the printed version.

Most of the stories seem to be taken from Topolino, where you get 4-5 stories for 2.20 EUR, i.e. 60-80 US cents per story, or 60-80% of the price of a digital version.

That doesn't sound too expensive.

I do believe that they plan to release these DigiComics on Nintendo DS this year, at least that's what I heard a few months ago. I don't know if it has changed.

I bought House of M issues 1 and 2 last night. I'm taking this comics reader as a way to catch up on what I've missed these last few years of non-stop gaming.

Marvel Comics come to the iPad. Impressively, I might add:

So how long until we see Ducks and Mice?
