Hi scaredyett! Just to help clear up some of the confusion, Disney stopped production on the syndicated Mickey and Donald strips quite a while ago -- I hesitate to put a year to it as I'm sure some DCF members have more accurate dates, though I know it was more than 10 years ago.
In the US, King Features is still our current syndication partner and the strips are printed in a varying number of newspapers depending on the year, usually between 20 and 30. The King Features editors go back through the archives and select storylines to reprint every few years so today's kids are always getting strips that are new to them. Subscriber papers also have the option to run KF's online comics application and we're working on ways to get the Disney strips included as we speak.
The subscriber list is a bit cryptic, but if you all feel it will be helpful I'm happy to dig through it and post the names of the papers!

Also, if anyone is interested in seeing the strips in your local paper, editors are notoriously good at making decisions about strips based on reader requests. Flood them with letters!

Please do. In fact, I'd welcome any information you can tell us about Disney's newspaper strips.

Good day to everybody.
Dear Cacou,
I am wondering if you could add in the INDUCKS database the original scan you find at http://lucaboschi.nova100.ilsole24ore.com/2010/02/anni-doro-.html for the story you find at http://coa.inducks.org/story.php?c=S+%3F+617&search=big%20ben's%20hands
Thanks much in any case.

You got it! Caveat: this list is several months out of date (a new one will be available in coming months) but shouldn't have too many variances.
