my issue of US#342 and WDC. Scoop # 147 was supposed include MMA it was released earlier released in stores . Later in Scoop # 148 it was shown. Would Vacation Parade #2 be in Scoop issue # 52 ? When would Vacation Parade #2 be realeased. What other stories are in VP#2 other than Carl Bark's " Dangerous Disguise".

It's actually myself, not Gary (hi, Gary!), who's writing the majority
of our Scoop articles these days.
I was working in fact working on an US 342/WDC 657 article yesterday
when a massive power-out struck the entire Gemstone office building. We
had no choice but to shut our computers down for hours. This
arbitrarily forced me to stop work on my article, so Scoop 150 went out
as it stood at the time: i. e. without the usual Disney comics update.
The update will belatedly appear in Scoop 151, along with another
Disney article about what's new next week.
"Would Vacation Parade #2 be in Scoop issue #[1]52? When would
Vacation Parade #2 be released?"
It'll most likely be in Scoop 151.
As for when the comic will be released: I'm writing this from home,
where I don't have my publication schedule with me, but unless my
memory is playing tricks, it shipped this last week, so it will appear
in most comic shops next week or the week after.

? the outer cover is mostly drawn by Frank McSavage (look closely at
Daisy, Grandma, and Mickey), with another artist redrawing Donald's and

I am about to write a text about the use of Shakespeare in Disney comics and
I was wondering if you all could help me dig up some examples. I have used
InDucks to find some references, and have also been able to verify some of
them. Below is first a list of the ones I have been able to verify, followed
by a list of the ones that I haven't been able to lay my hands on.
If anyone could help me verify any of the ones from the second list, and

Diamond's shipping schedule for June 2 shows both VP 2 and DDA 12 for that
week. Diamond's only been wrong a few times about Gemstone release dates, so

This cover has been published only in Finland and in Holland. Finnish
version contains a reference to Shakespeare, as Daisy throws away book

is so much smaller that it is impossible to say if Shakespeare connection is
in this original cover too. Looks like ordinary song book to me, since it
has that red treble-glef on the cover. Cannot read the text on that book,

I asked my comic retailer when VP#2 she wasn't sure. I wanted to check when it would come.
Vacation Parade #2 is a nice mix of artist. Barks, Wright, Hubbard, Strobl,Eisenberg and Manrique.
Last time it was mainly Bark?s ( Who's my favorite artist which I don't mind) and Murry.

I gave to agree with u there, Buettner has a rough style for drawing the ducks.
Mc Savage has such a soft style and is used to drawing Grandma and Daisy.
Do u know who drew the back cover?
I think Tom McKimson brother of Robert McKimson also drew Mickey, Pluto and C&D.
I can?t really say w/out any proof. I haven't seen the inside cover I can't really
say.

I don't have a lot of references here, but Gottfredson's "Great
Orphanage Robbery" (1932) has a sequence with Horace bragging to
Clarabelle about his skills as an actor, specifying Hamlet as one of
his greatest roles. Clarabelle, as usual, is skeptical.

state of Denmark!'"

No Disney research project would really be complete without at least

I don't have a lot of references here, but Gottfredson's "Great
