Just some trivial information. Hopefully entertaining.

The legendary unreleased, unfinished The Beach Boys LP 'Smile' (1967) was
meant to refer to American culture. In the song 'Barnyard', a voice can be
heard imitating Donald Duck.

The Beach Boys song 'Fall Breaks and Back to Winter' (also from 1967) is
subtitled 'Woody Woodpecker Symphony'. Woody Woodpecker is another American
cartoon/comics character.

Yes, but actually there seems to have been an update at inducks which
suddenly made all the links unusable.

Cool URIs don't change: http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URIh (and
quite ironically: the old link to that article
http://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/uri does not work anymore)

Someone at inducks should add redirects for the old link style (this
is something that could be done in like 10 minutes).

(So I hope someone is listening or, that someone knows who to tell.)

As this looks like a major change in the way INDUCKS addresses are
written, I looked deeper - how many broken links are there?

Wikipedia has a "special page" to search links, and the search for
"http://coa.inducks.org/story.php/en/" (which only appears in the broken
links) can be seen at http://tinyurl.com/wiki-coa-urls

When I retrieved it, there were 67 pages linking this kind of
URL. That's too much to fix by hand!

Fortunately they're automatically generated from a template (which
inserts the ID in the address),

And I changed this page. This will fix any page using this template. The
link search still shows 66 pages. I wonder if this is due to caching or
if those need to be fixed by hand. In that case, it might be a good idea
to ask someone at wikipedia if they can replace all those links at once.

I hope this is really a needed fix and that I didn't break anything at
wikipedia :-)
