Where I lived back in the 80's and 90's they sold comic books in a lot of places but they don't anymore.

I've evangelized about him some on my blog, but I feel like he needs more love, so I will reiterate here that when he was "on," Giovan Battista Carpi was one of the best Disney artists EVAH.

Don Rosa is my favorite artist and IMO he makes the BEST Duck art.. EVER!
I just love his details, I like other artists too, but somehow Don Rosa just makes perfect art.

True...now you have to go to Comic Book Stores to get Comic Books. I go to libraries. (My favorites are Disney Duck Comics, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Comics that have Cartoon Comics like The Simpsons, Futurama, and Looney Tunes).

Yes, these are the NEW Jets. The old Jets are still in Phoenix. Although they probably won't be there for long. They may move to Quebec or Hamilton. Ontario. let's hope it's to a Canadian city, in any case. They had a contest to design the new logo, and chose a conservative one. But, they had to make all such decisions in a hurry.
It's nice to have representation on this forum from the Canadian Midwest. We have a few members from Ontario, and a couple from Quebec, and a few from out West. Not sure if The Maritimes are represented.

And I remembered that I also like the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers comics. :P
Tintin and Asterix too, although they're more like illustrated storybooks than normal comic books.
EDIT: As for newspaper strips, The Katzenjammer Kids, Calvin & Hobbes, Fox Trot, Non Sequitur, and Al Taliaferro's D.D. of course!

I love all Duck artists for diffrent reasons. Barks, Romano Scarpa and Rosa are my favorite but there are plenty of Italian artists that I love and admire.
