Well, this is an illustration for the DONALD, a glossy aimed more at adults. So she's drawn 'sexier' than what you'd usually see in the Donald Duck. Wait - make that much sexier. (Not to confuse you - I'm talking about the illustration, not the photograph. That's Miss Netherland.)

Also notable is that there are exactly three female body types in Jose's Rio in those comics:
-'beautiful' ones, the ones Jose goes after, thin, young and tall
-'ugly' ones, the ones he ends up with in the occasion he gets a girl, fat and old
-his grandmother (see the ugly ones but add some decades in age)
