When I log in to my TFAW account, it says that the book is scheduled to be received by TFAW on the 30th, and shipped to me on Dec 21st. I don't mind that, as long as I can be assured I will get my copy. Not sure why they haven't received it themselves yet, that is a little worrying.

My copy has the same on about 5 pages. The rest of the pages look good.
