Scrooge McDuck is my favorite Disney Character. Although Donald Duck is a close second and Mickey Mouse is a close third and Goofy is a close fourth.

Dickie Duck is Glittering Goldie's Granddaughter. I don't know how that's possible
though. I don't have any stories with her except for the Donald Duck story Healthy Choice in Mickey Mouse Adventures (Gemstone Series) #10. She made a cameo appearance in that story.

Yeah! There happened a lot between 1902 and 1953.

Scrooge McDuck, followed by Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse (the Paul Murry one).

Definately Uncle Scrooge - it is strange but cool; but the other night I was reading this book I borrowed from my fiance and it was something like "mysterious wonders and artifacts of the ancient world," or something...anyway, every chapter was about Eldorado, or the Library of Alexandria or the Knights Templar and others - I made the comment to my mate that all of this stuff was discovered and found by Uncle Scrooge :) .....I have always enjoyed him the most as he embodies intelligence with an Indiana Jones type quality about him.....and he's much the anti-social. It feels like many of the other characters gravitate around him, including Donald. I was never much for the mice. Mickey and his gang always seemed too happy without any real conflict within the character for me.....my vote goes to the birds.

She also made a brief appearance in US 388's chapter of "Around the World On Eight Bucks" (I TL 1600-A). She doesn't really do much other than bum a ride from Scrooge and Donald, though.

She hasn't made a lot of American appearances, probably because until recently most pick-ups were from Egmont instead of Disney Italia.

Well, I guess if you got right down to it, "The Prisoner of White Agony Creek" makes it possible for Scrooge to be Dickie's grandfather...and it would certainly be a juicy, dramatic story.
But that's just it--it's be far too juicy, dramatic, and downright adult to be told in a Disney comic. Take every complaint about "Prisoner of White Agony Creek"'s raciness, the problems anyone wanting to deal with Della, Hortense, and their family's fates encounter, add them together, and multiply them by five.
So thus it's left as is. Vague.
To actually answer on-topic, I keep ping-ponging between Scrooge and Donald. They're both great characters, especially playing off against each other.
