thanks a lot to everybody who shared information for my upcoming book. It's
all very helpfull and I'm sure I'll find a place to honor your efforts! ;-)
We`re far in the process of editing. And still some puzzling questions
appear from time to time. Maybe somebody here could help?

1. Al Taliaferro is supposed to have illustrated one of the first Disney
picture books for a social cause: it was for Mexican immigrants and dealt
with health issues. Any idea what the title of this book was? And when it
was published?

2. Taliaferro tried his luck once with a strip of his own "Waldo" - any idea
which year that was?

3. Uncle Scrooge did appear in Taliaferro's dailies (late 50ies, after he
was used in TV). Any idea which dates (at least year?)

4. This should be easy: which year was the first Junior Woodchuck story
(which included Donald's dog Bolivar/Borneworthy)

5. How much is the current price for ?Four Color?, Nr. 4, Dell Publishing,
1940 (Donald`s first comic book appearance)
