No, actually they're out of stock, too. They say 2 weeks but they don't have any copies in hand. They just assume they can get it from the publisher. Bwahahahahaha, little do they know...

They're not selling for quite that premium?at least not yet. Currently Amazon has a couple of used copies for about $125 to $128.

I suspect that Smokymtnbooks is raising his price gradually every day. I remember he asked 99 dollars for it, now its up to 140...
Hmm, there is still a few copies on ebay, maybe purchase it and also sell it at those crazy prices :P
