When was the third volume (The Early 'So-Called' Art of Don Rosa) published? I can't find anything about it!

I don't know if the 3rd book has been published yet or not, but it looks like the fund raiser was moved to an new page.
The Story-part of the page say "The artbook will be available in the first half of 2015." and the perk for the 3rd book say "Estimated delivery: June 2015". But there's been no recent updates, so it probably isn't ready yet.
