I know we all wish there were some stories we'd want to read but, our home countries haven't gotten around to publishing. So what would you like to read? (I live in Canada by the way) So I guess I would like to see some Paperetta Ye'-Ye' stories (but that's never gonna happen) and some more stuff by Romano Scarpa and Giorgio Cavazzano.

Harukuro: Do you read Gemstone AND the French Canadian magazines? I am from Winnipeg, originally, by the way.

As I have said would want to get USA made stories. Most Icelandic publications are stories from Danmark and Italy.

Robb_K: No I don't. I know some French but it's not that great. :P If there are any magazines then I've just heard about it. Are they any good?

Harukuro: Maybe French Canada just gets the Disney magazines from France, now. But didn't Hachette used to publish Disney comics in French Canada? Where, exactly, do you live?

Quote from user: Harukurowhat would you like to read?
Surely a complete, uncensored, reprint of Floyd Gottfredson works! In an ideal world also the issues should be published in their original version and in strict chronological order! (sbavazz!) ;) :P

I would like to see a complete run of all Disney dailies and sundays. Many other newspaper comics are reprinted these days in excellent and luxurious collections, but alas, I suppose that we will never see a complete Disney collection.

Don't know about your frre space in bookshelves, but a "complete Disney collection" with all daily strips & sunday pages would require too much space for my preferences! ;-)

Robb_K: I live in Ontario. I'm not sure if Hachette is still publishing in Canada but, it would be pretty cool if they did, since they've published some stories I'm interested in. :)

Why? We got a lot of those in the magazine LIMIT. As far as I remember, those aren't really worth re-reading.
I wish for more stories by Floyd Gottfredson. Some of his stories have been published, but randomly distributed in several comic books, which are now hard to get your hands on.
I'd also like to see more of Bottaro and Carpi. Much of their work is still unpublished in Germany.
And I also would love to see the 'Phantom Blot'-story in which his daughter, the 'Phantom Brat', appears.

Though it may sound appealing, I'm not sure a complete gottfredson collection is the right way to go. His stories are great, but there is just to many gag-pages that isn't really that interesting.
A cronological collection of all his stories would be a sure seller though :)
