Looks like I'm on the right track in formatting. Minor pain in the rear, =
but
it seems to work.

OTA --
I've recently put some effort into cataloguing my collection of
cartoons taped off of TV, and in it is a WWOD (or whatever the show was
called right then) TV compilation of Oscar winners, which I probably tap=
ed
sometime in the early to mid 1980s, and which contains a brief excerpt f=
rom
"Der Fuhrer's Face". That seems to be just about all I have of this toon=
,
and I can tell you, that's not for want of looking. Warner Bros. kept th=
eir
WWII toons in general circulation for decades after the end of the war; =
and
even now, you can find them in collections devoted to that theme -- but
Disney's wartime animation has just about slipped into a Black Hole. In
fact, in the recent trend of numbering the Disney animated features, the=
y
seem not to be counting "Victory Through Air Power".
Of course, the Warner cartoons remain truly funny even after all this
time; whereas I suspect, from the few snatches I've seen, the Disneys mi=
ght
have been mostly jingoistic. Maybe Disney has buried them because it's
embarrassed at how badly they've aged.

DON R.:

>What made you think I wasn't here all along?

Maybe that you didn't respond to Didier's question (now I know why) and
because someone wrote that you was working fulltime with your Europe-tour.

Do you know when Egmont (in Norway) are printing these stories :
US T:The Last Lords of El Dorado
Gladstone Gander 50th Anniversary story
HDL T:W.H.A.D.A.L.O.T.T.A.J.A.R.G.O.N.

And how long will it take before Gladstone are printing your stories (I
hope you
understand what I mean) ?

>Then I expect to do a new "Lo$" chapter.

What will it be about ?

Hi! I'm Thomas Lauritsen. I've recieved the Disney Comics Digest for about
a month but this is the first time I write to it.

I maintain a www page on D.U.C.K. dedications in Don Rosa's stories which
is also a part of Mike Schneiderath's DUCKhunt. The page shows the places
of the D.U.C.K.s, but a lot of them are still missing. Then a couple of
days ago a guy named Aleksi Stenberg wrote me a message saying that he
thought (he wasn't sure at all) that the dedication in The Master
Landscapist splash panel is actually Donald's last name on the car. I'm not
sure either, since I haven't ever seen (as far as I can remember now) a
dedication without periods between the letters. Also because the dedication
then would be deleted when translated into foreign languages where Donald's
last name isn't Duck (As in my Danish version).

I don't think it's the dedication, but what do you all think?
