Well, Armando already spotted some of them, I'll try to add something

G606 is a redrawn version of IC TL 681 (and it is a caver that has a
story: take a look at

G553 seems a W-coded cover, also reprinted on a Topolino issue, with
the same green background, but I can't find it now!

G489 is IC TL 560
G473 is surely a (redrawn?) Perego cover, maybe a Topolino back
cover.
G463 is also a back cover from a Topolino
G419 has a xref to a (Strobl?) one pager that I read few days ago,
but, obviously, can't find right now.. should be reprinted in TL in
the 300-499 range...

Lots of them are remakes ar tracings of other stuff, most of
the Fethry covers, for instance, look like traced from Hubbard's
art from stories.

In case anyone (maybe Per?) has contact with Swedish Ankist Olof Siverbo:
the story that he wrote 17 years ago for Oberon in Holland has finally been
published. It's "Donald Duck komt uit de verf", H 8496. Published in Dutch
DD weekly 47 of 2002.
(I only noticed this now, because I'm indexing the comic for Inducks.)

You don't know how lucky you Europeans are. After many years of dead silence on the US Disney comics print waves, it seems the "God Of Ducks" has finally heard my prayers. And none too soon, as I believe the long-anticipated end of the world is scheduled for this year, but I digress...
Some of you in "The Old World" may have heard more news about the imminent release of the Gemstone line. I heard June, but you never know with these folks. Does anyone know what the format will be? Mickey title, yes no? Will they produce their own stories or simply purchase Egmont stuff. What about Rosa? Reprints of the his latest stories are planned I hope. Here are some that I dug up, you decide what's important:
10/5 1943 Carl Barks completed the story: "Donald Duck and the Mummy?s Ring"
30/7 1953 Carl Barks created "Junior Woodchucks? Book of Knowledge". It
didn't made its first _public_ appearance until 1954, though.
27/9 1943 Grandma Duck's first appearance.

My feeling is that the typo was just so funny, that Harry and Don just
couldn't resist making some jokes about it. I guess they know that
Sigvald is good sport and doesn't take it seriously. Little teasing
among friends is OK in my book.
Everybody makes mistakes, especially when there aren't _that_ many
native English-speakers here. I know that MY writing is quite lacking,
but this is great forum for little practicing!

Europe so extensive that it would boggle your imagination, I constantly make

Continuing my listing of what's in this month's issue
of the only current source for Disney comics in
America...
This (special video-game-themed) issue contains no comics!
But it does contain an article about an Italian Paperinik
video game that will soon be brought to the USA. The
English title of the game will be "(Disney's) PK: Out
of the Shadows." The main news that I find interesting
is that the English name for "Paperinik" will not be
"Superduck," it will be "PK" (which is short for
"Platyrhynchos kineticus," supposedly Latin for "duck
of energy").
Other characters from the game, who I assume are originally
from Paperinik comics, and are appearing in English-language
media for the first time:
ONE -- The supercomputer who gives Donald his Paperinik
powers
Evronians -- The alien race who are Paperinik's main enimies
in the game. The look like tall ducks with purple feathers.
The may have long lizard-like tails; the pictures are
unclear.
Zoster -- One of the Evronian leaders, who wears a high-
collared green robe and has an artifical eye.
Zondag -- Another Evronian leader, who dresses in a black
costume that reminds me of Batman.

They can't call him Superduck because in the United States, Archie
Comics owns a character by that name.
On the other hand, they could have called him Duck Avenger, as he
was called when he previously appeared in Disney Adventures. Nothing like

They can't call him Superduck because in the United States, Archie
Comics owns a character by that name.
On the other hand, they could have called him Duck Avenger, as he
was called when he previously appeared in Disney Adventures. Nothing like
