I can understand including all Barks characters in a tabulation, with none from other authors. But why would you elevate Tony Strobl's stories to heights above those of Daan Jippes, Freddy Milton, Marco Rota, Jan Gulbransson, Ben Verhagen, Floyd Gottfredson, Merrill De Maris, Van Horn, Don Rosa, Mau Heymans, Phil De Lara, Riley Thompson, Tim Artz, Henrieke Goorhuis, Paul Murry, or Rob Klein, for that matter?
Strobl only wrote a handful of stories. He drew mainly from others' scripts. Barks both wrote and drew his stories, and his art was in a class by himself. Although I like Strobl's early art, his main difference from the other non-Barks creators is sheer volume of pages.

I'm not, I try to include one-shot Duck family members from any creator. The ones in Strobl stories are those I remember.
That being said, I'm not sure that personal "policy" would be followed by other Inducks maintainers. If the maintainers of some country do not want to follow me, one-shot Duck family members appearing in stories produced in that country will not be listed. Only somehow interesting one-shot characters are listed, in special cases. Criteria are undefined and subjective.
If any character appears twice, ont he other hand, he *has* to be listed (Duck/mouse family member or not). The definition of "twice" is given at the website, bolderbast.inducks.org, for those who are interested.
