been shown to kill kill anyone, I'd take my chances with him. Besides,
we were only talking about money. If you want to get that comic book
from me cheaply, all you have to do is have Gyro Gearloose send me back
to 1966, where I can read those first MM's hot off the press. That's an
even better way for me to relive my childhood, and it probably wouldn't
cost you a drachma!

Many new good stories were introduced, I liked a lot the one with
Mickey and Pete in a Chinese settlement.
But there are still other things that I don't like in Topolino:
it seems to me that the "modern" artists introduced a
significative change in standard pages: the space of a single
panel is mainly dedicated to the acting characters, while in the
previous "classic" years there was also other space for
backgrounds, details, etc. but... well... in the previous years
we had such *horribles* stories on Topolino, that this "new deal"
is very welcome to me.
We can discuss a lot on this, but since the 80ties we just had
FEW exceptions with late Scarpa (expecially Minnotchka),
Cavazzano, Massimo de Vita and, partly, Carpi. But they were just
exceptions: we had to read many S-coded stories, or brasilian
ones, and many of them were... well, I'll say that I have
different tastes...
