I made a homepage about the different version of Don Rosa's stories. I
call it the Rosa versions.

The versions page is finsiehd so far, but I am having help on some
american issues, and I need help on finding the 3-part version of the
Charts of Columbus, if a published version of it exists. I alosd need
to find the one-part version of the Universal solvent. page 9 of that
story is said (by the artist:-) to have 4 rows of panels like a usual
page, instead of the splash panel and two more rows.
Also I look forward to hear if the Dutchman story and the Forbidden
Valley story are published in one-part, and if these stories have 4
rows (easiest way to recognize a 1-part) on page 13.

Only now I reread the first story and you were right: Fethry was
drawing a ghost comic story, not "writing a novel and just imagining
the scenes" like I said. I could swear I was right! My memory isn't
the same. :-( Sorry...
Anyway, these stories you cited are the only ones "created" by
FE where there are no spin-offs involved.

A couple of German journalists have been quoting Donald
for years in the in the "Frankfurter Algemeine Zeitung",
one of the most serious and respected of the German
newspapers.

Recently their dastardly doings have been exposed
in "Der Spiegel" and it seems the journalists er in trouble.

To quote the Guardian:

They are from Giovan Battista Carpi, it is the first series dedicated to
Disney characters in the world (few years before USA issues a stamp with
Walt Disney on it, but no one of his characters) and is from the little
Repubblica di San Marino (parodied by Scarpa in I TL 1281-A Topolino e
lo straordinario "Stravigarius").

Hi all,
Speaking of comics, i heard something about the US dramatic decereasing
comic book industry. What was it all about? Last time i check, The
superheroes comic books industry went like crazy, releasing titles and
editions a whole lot more than usual which seemed like exploitation rather
than serving good stories. But i really don't know if the US comic industry
is dying. Is this true? Anyway, i know this's a *Disney* comic list, and
since Disney stop giving license to US publishers, perhaps they also did it
in consideration of this rumor that US-comic book-industry-is-dying thing?
I need enlightment here.
