(Alternate title: "Shameless art pandering". :) )

Since Robb_K was kind enough to share his luverly drawing of Ludwig von Drake, I felt compelled to share some of my own artwork as featured over at www.deviantart.com.

This was a drawing of Scrooge as a gift art for one of my "watchers", made partly for Scrooge's 60th Anniversary. He's sitting in his favorite spot, reading what's probably his favorite book: his ledger. :P
It was originally in b & w, but I thought a bluish tone would suit it better.

This is my very first Scrooge McDuck; so be honest, but kind. :)

It's a nice drawing for a first try. I think he looks a bit too tall, however. It is very nicely staged, and a nice character study (nice idea).

The funny thing is that he is so tall he looks like a humanized version of himself-- and now I have typed it, I realize the body is actually very much that of a human character in terms of size & proportions.
Why is the "$" on the wall reveresed? Is it a glass pane?

That's a great Scrooge LadyQuackly, especially since its your first time drawing him! :D And Robb_K that B'rer Rabbit looks like official Disney art. Keep up the great work you two.
By the way I'm back after 4 (*gasp*) months of being offline here. It's great to be back anyway. :)

Has it been used as a cover? It ought to be.
