Thanks! I'm glad you like my drawings, and I'm not that old, so I still have much to learn, I think. That's why I don't draw for comic publishers. Altough, I haven't asked any of them (Egmont in my case I suppose) if they want to use my drawings in the comics but I haven't drawn a full comic for a long time, I have only drawn the characters. But I really want to draw (and perhaps write scripts) for them in the future.

Here's a couple more pictures: a portrait of Ludwig and my second bit of Scrooge art, this time with one of his nephews.

I'm afraid the Prof's head looks a bit too "eggy" and needs to be rounded out a little more, and my coloring could use some improvement. But I'm slowly getting better, I think.
This next one is a fanart I did for one of my DeviantART friends; he wanted one of Scrooge in the mountains with one of the triplets. They're looking for Donald and the other two. (It's unusual for the triplets to be separated like that, but that's what he requested.) You'll notice that Scroogie has a walking stick rather than his cane. I know it needs work---be honest, but be merciful.

If you compress the lower part of the picture (from Scrooges neck) by 1/3, and then strech the nephew's head by 1/4, you'll get some very fine proportions.

And Mouselady, you are improving indeed. I only wonder why you paint over your drawings in MS paint? (or that's what I'm guessing it is) On the drawing of Ludwig it looks okay, since it's a soft color, but I don't really think the bright green on the mountains really improve the drawing. If you'd like to color large parts of the drawing, maybe you could try using watercolors. If you don't use too much water it should work fine.
By the way, I will always prefer to draw traditionally, myself. A computer can be very handy for experimenting though since you don't have to waste paper or any other art materials. And best of all, there's the Ctrl+Z button. I normally only use the computer to color my inked drawings, but sometimes I use Open Canvas, a free art program that is very simple to use, even with a mouse. Maybe you can try it out once!

Yeah, looking at that picture of Scrooge now, I'm surprised nobody got a seizure from staring at all that bright green. I'd really like to do it over; if I can find the rough draft, I can do that.
I usually use MS Paint because it covers up some of my glitches---at the time, I had limited coloring materials. Once I get my hands on a really decent art kit, hopefully it'll turn out better. And thanks! :)

That's a nice Bucky Bug you've got there, Henrieke. For some reason, Bucky has almost never been used in Danish publications, so I'm always delighted when I see new artwork with him.

You use the indicator .....
:...: to mark the lower third, then you find the two-headed arrow in the bottom line and draw it upwards, which will compress the picture. repeate with the nephews head, just pull the arrow in the top line upwards instead
