I finally found the time to read CotCK last night (always the best time: no interruption), and I
enjoyed it very much!
Congratulations and thank you for this new chapter in the life of the ducks, Mr Don Rosa!
The Voodoo ritual is hilarious!
I'll add Scrooge's trip to Chicago "on his way" to Australia on my map & chronology.
They're still using that awful wavey font that make it such a strain on his eyes to read. The
coloring is nothing extraordinary (even ugly at times: p 12 panel 9) (have they fired the one who
colored The Culebras Cut because it was much too nice for the obviously abysmally low standards
they've set for PM?)-- L&T is really awful (bleak, dark brown; and T.R. was not *bleach blond*, by
Godfrey!).

put into a catalog. Thing is, I got them back around mid-1999, and have been

I think one is Duckburg Gazette...
You also have "Jolt" magasine from "Back to the Klondike" (with an interview
of Scrooge!) I used this magazine for a story I once began, but that I never
finished... Maybe I will, someday (It also included Donna Duck, The aracuan
Bird and Daffy Duck!!!) In fact, I worked on the plot a while ago, and now I
disagree with many ideas I used for the plot (for instance, it interfere with
my family tree page, ...)
Maybe I should finish it just for the pleasure, I dunno...

That's page 1 of Part 3.
It is the flag of Turkey.
I love this story-- but then I love most of Don Rosa's. What makes it so good (apart from the
humor-- especially "Lydia") is the way reality meets mythology and the parallel that is drawn.
Oh, and if you wonder about "Lydia", Don Rosa explained it is a song Groucho Marx performed in one
of his routines. And a fellow DCML member (sorry, can't remember who; but thanks again) also gave a
lilnk. Unfortunately I can't find it in my favorites. You should be able to find it quite easily by
searching for "Lydia the tattooed lady", and among the various sites you will find some with mp3s of
the song.

Sweden, the fourth in Germany, Denmark and sweden, and the last one in

me is that the series isn't arted by the same artist each time... (Marco

They do not return to Duckburg. Does this mean that there are more,
unpublished, parts of this series?
