Actually he did have pants on when you first see him, at least I thought they were pants. They were the same color as his tail feathers. Whatever the case was, in that final shot where his top clothes blows off, either his pants were already gone or they forgot to paint the rest of his body black, whatever.

I suppose if they had kept the bottom of his body the same as his head and hands (or wing feathers), this wouldn't have seemed that unusual to notice.

Of course, not counting the bear who fishes our real world guys out of the sea, one of the players on the king's football team not to wear pants is the crocodile, perhaps trying to make tailor-made shorts to fit through it's huge tail didn't cut it. We do get a cheetah who appears to wear shorts one size too big, often hiking them up while sprinting down the field and suffers a wardrobe malfunction while kicking the ball.

Technically there's only one secretary bird in this film (more of an adviser to the king I would say), but yeah, the fact that those feathers do change color in that last shot of the character being blown away does stick out like a sore thumb to me. Seems like a convenience not to draw a separation of feather colors the way they simply ignore it altogether for that one moment.

Another character that goes 4th Base Nude (That was used from "The Simpsons Movie") was The Beast played by Kelsey Grammer (That was a joke...Kelsey Grammer wasn't the voice of the Beast in "Beauty and the Beast").

Ironically...the Soaky Toys commercial has two characters who have appeared nude...yet wore shirts most of the time. Donald Duck in Disney and Porky Pig in LT.

And yes...Porky Pig has been seen naked a lot lately on "The Looney Tunes Show"...if you saw the ep "The Float"...you'll know what I'm talking about.

Not to mention he and Daffy get busted for streaking in "The Black Widow"...
But Daffy doesn't normally wear clothes, except when he needs to be debonair, or wears some kind of uniform.
