Remember that I told about certain Duckburgian names being used as
common language in Denmark? Such as the fact that everyone would knwo
what a McDuck was.
One thing that surprises me today is that I see on one of the big
newspapers' homepage that the police are making a JW Guidebook for
their cobs, about when to use weapons and such, in connection with the
new Schengen-deal about internation cooperation between police.
Anyone have any idea what the wise police commisar means with a JW
Guidebook about when to use weapons?
I was looking for another article though, about a new pocketbook with
reprints from pocketbooks - stories with the Junior Woodchucks who have
their 50 year appearence-jubilee this year.
On another note the norwegian VG hasn't any info online about their
article about the bin.
And allthought the expression to have a money bin is very known in DK,
no paper printed anything about the blueprints...
Donald might not be as popular here as in Norway ?

They also have a language and many other comics related features.
*Real* ducks (you know, those who say quack quack when you walk along
lakes) have small barbed teeth like things along the edge of their
beaks. However, history and science has proven that those are not of
the milky tooth kind.
A similar question might be asked about worms. Do worms have eyebrows
as clearly seen in Don Rosa's "The Coin"? The answer is of course "Yes!"
Don drew it like that, hence it must be so in the comics universe.
Reading older Disney comics, you'll find that occationally cars have
mouths, trees have eyes, mirrors can converse and much much more.
BTW, I remember I once asked my mother who was the stronger, Batman or
Superman. Don't know what she answered, but I still read Super-Duck
(Paperinik) stories, so perhaps... :-)

a theory about this.
That the teeth come to surfave when they're needed to express anger or
to eat with.

the length it should have.

I' m happy to make you observe a particular thing that perhaps the more attentive of you have already discovered in the past but ... why not sat it again?
If you search the italian story Coded I-1370-A "Zio Paperone e i corindoni negromani" You will see that it has never been published on the correspondant number of issue but in a special Summer issue ...
The fact is that N. 1370 .... has never been published in any way in Italy!!!!
In this period there was a strike and the Publisher Arnoldo Mondadori didn't succed neither in compact a pair of number in one as it happened in the past! (if you search in Inducks N. 479/80 and 1530/31 were issued together depending on a delay in the work) and so it happened a jump from 1369 since 1371.
Only in N. 1371 at the end of the Comics You could find a note apologizing with readers about DELAY and NOT A MISSING ISSUE!
Nevertheless one story (I-1370-A) was printed and coded but never appeared in this Comic, it was issued later in one-shot-edition in june 1983 - Supplemento di Almanacco Topolino n. 318 - called "Topolino Estate" as I have said upon!
If someone knows something about others stories coded I-1370 (B or C or ....) please let me know about it!

biological "duck" facts are, in my opinion, not important here. Normal ducks
don't wear clothes either.
The only real source is the stories. The question we must ask is; Does any
stories show the Ducks WITH teeth? If we can answer yes to that question,
then they HAVE teeth. It is possible for them to have teeth, but not showing
them... while it's impossible for them to show teeth they don't have.
I'm back to reading Life of Scrooge now, have borrowed the BOOK (or, as I
call it, the Bible) from a friend. I have a small question; did Barks ever
make a referance that shows that Scrooge was on the Titanic, or is that a
Don Rosa-made fact? I like the fact, but I just wanna know who invented it.
