Mickey seems to be drawn by Onofrio Bramante (a.k.a. Brahms), I'm not
sure for Donald, since Bramante did just few stories with the ducks
(I AT 85-A and I TL 420-D) and I own just a reprint of one of
them, but I don't remember it, maybe I'll take a look this evening.

Since I am American,
I can tell you that PK
has appeared on only
3 occasions. First, he
appeared as the "Duck
Avenger" in 3 issues
of Disney Adventures
magazine. It's a very
simple story with
Ludwig Von Drake
and Spike the Bee
from the cartoons
added to make it quick
to follow.
PK's second appearance
was last December, in
the video game, Disney's
PK, released for Sony
Playstation and for
Nintendo Game Cube
console. It was released
without a lot of promotion,
but at a very good price.
PK's third appearance was
in a special edition of
Disney Adventures that
promoted various video
games, including PK,
even mentioning that in
Italy he has his own TV show,
- does anyone know about
this? The magazine is still
available.
I don't know if Gemstone
has any plans to put out
any PK comics in english,
but maybe Gary Leach could
shed some light on that.

I wrote that the DD Extra cover for 'the Master of the Mississippi'
was based on an original Rosa-cover, but it turns out to be exactly
the other way round: Don Rosa's 'Mississippi'-covers for the
German album series and for Gladstone were based on Nadorp's
cover for the Dutch DD Extra!

In super picsou g=E9ant #113, from january, 2003,(i bought it=20
today), a PK (paperinik/power duck) episode has been published (it must b=
e #0 or #1, but i couldn't check, as=20
there are no story codes given, and the coa database is too=20
slow)!!! I was very happy to see this series published for=20
the first time in france, as i had heard about it on italian=20
french sites... I hope that it's not just an episode, and=20
that the whole series will be published in each issue of=20
spg!!!

Mickey seems to be drawn by Onofrio Bramante (a.k.a. Brahms), I'm not
sure for Donald, since Bramante did just few stories with the ducks
(I AT 85-A and I TL 420-D) and I own just a reprint of one of
them, but I don't remember it, maybe I'll take a look this evening.

I can tell you that PK
has appeared on only
3 occasions. First, he
appeared as the "Duck
Avenger" in 3 issues
of Disney Adventures
magazine. It's a very
simple story with
Ludwig Von Drake
and Spike the Bee
from the cartoons
added to make it quick
to follow.
PK's second appearance
was last December, in
the video game, Disney's
PK, released for Sony
Playstation and for
Nintendo Game Cube
console. It was released
without a lot of promotion,
but at a very good price.
PK's third appearance was
in a special edition of
Disney Adventures that
promoted various video
games, including PK,
even mentioning that in
Italy he has his own TV show,
- does anyone know about
this? The magazine is still
available.
I don't know if Gemstone
has any plans to put out
any PK comics in english,
but maybe Gary Leach could
shed some light on that.

I wrote that the DD Extra cover for 'the Master of the Mississippi'
was based on an original Rosa-cover, but it turns out to be exactly
the other way round: Don Rosa's 'Mississippi'-covers for the
German album series and for Gladstone were based on Nadorp's
cover for the Dutch DD Extra!

In super picsou g=E9ant #113, from january, 2003,(i bought it=20
today), a PK (paperinik/power duck) episode has been published (it must b=
e #0 or #1, but i couldn't check, as=20
there are no story codes given, and the coa database is too=20
slow)!!! I was very happy to see this series published for=20
the first time in france, as i had heard about it on italian=20
french sites... I hope that it's not just an episode, and=20
that the whole series will be published in each issue of=20
spg!!!

Ah, yes, I remember reading something about that. However, Gilles wrote

well, i guess it's the french translation of the name (it appears like this in the story). It's an interresting translation, because the letters are still PK in *P*owerduc*K*, as in *P*aperini*K*. I don't know if this word is a new word, from the translation, or if it already appeared in the new videogame "qui est PK?" (who is PK?)

Mickey seems to be drawn by Onofrio Bramante (a.k.a. Brahms), I'm not
sure for Donald, since Bramante did just few stories with the ducks
(I AT 85-A and I TL 420-D) and I own just a reprint of one of
them, but I don't remember it, maybe I'll take a look this evening.

Disney comics in Spanish?

I received a mail from a woman who lives in Bolivia asking me how can she
get a subscription to some Disney comics in Spanish. (She's Italian, but she
wants comics for her kids, who can only read Spanish). She said she's alread
written to some disney.es and disneylatina (?) addresses, but never got any
response.
Can anybody here help me helping her? I really have no idea who she could
ask to get a subscription, I don't even know exactly what's published in
Spain, Argentina or in any other Spanish-speaking country!

it "Super Duck?"), which I believe was in Britain. Have any other names

In 1992, WDC, US and DDA published a map of Duckburg in 9 parts:
Donald Duck Adventures #25 = part 1
Walt Disney Comics and stories #572 = part 2
Uncle Scrooge #267 = part 3

I would like to put the whole map online in my website.

Hi!
In the issues of Topolino from 2409 to 2420, were published several times the same two maps, with each time precisions about the location of a special character's house. I'd want tu publish on my site a "summary map" with all the locations of the characters, but I couldn't check issues 2419 and 2420 (Fethry's and Bridgitta's houses) If someone has the issues, that'd be cool to send me scans or to explain me where the houses actually stand.
In Topolino, they told they would publish a special full large sized map of Duckburg at the end of this series of articles, but the issues of Topolino aren't indexed anymore on coa, so if anyone here have news about this big, could he send me a message or post one here on dcml, to show us the map or at least, tell in which issue it has been published...

In Italy the videogame didn't have so big success, but this new PK serie is
much suitable for children. I think children buy this PK comics much more
teens or adults.
