Quote from user: Mr. MNot sure is this count as art or not but I just directed a short on green-screen...

...and I'm super-proud of how it came out even if it was just a small test to see how we can work with green screen and 3D backgrounds. The CGI decoration where made by my good friend Bartek base upon my drawings on the paper. I'll try to add english subtitles as soon as possible. I know it's silly to put something here in Polish since most of you don't speak this leanguge but she makes a very insane/chaotic rant anyway and I wonder if it will have more ceppy efect If you will be cluless what she talks about ;) [her lines rhymes btw]

NOTE : I play the dead corpses... well... my hand anyway ;)

Interesting. But I'd rather see some "Funny Animal" 2D animation from you (and hand-drawn Duck stories).
Mr. M
Well... I'm curently working on this animated short at collage (I just got the script and animatic version acepted by my lead teacher, now I have 18 months to make it) It dosen't have any funny animal stuff in it, it mostly human-centric ;)

Animation test of the main heroine :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqjbgvuwo7s - same test as above but with some collor (It won't look like this in the final version but it's more or less gives you idea what I'm going for)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igTeRCnsFCg - another version of the test with some perspective and color.

The full version will be 12 minutes long and it will have more graphic backgrounds and shades.

And yes - it is my voice ;) I have some friends who are profesional actors so I will try get them to voice the characters.

A quick (and bad) animation test of the main heoine :

Some other stuff I made :

A very religious-theme animation made by me (don't ask, a trach at my collage ask me for it) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=peDqeWP8nBc

I'm not sure did I already posted this one on the page so forgive me if I reapet myself - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVKpC55WM9M I made it like two or three ..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-vzJsZloKY
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V17zuMm72w8 - some pencil test

Some papare cut-out stuff I made years ago :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zwOVRcbsM84
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dY--PQbnM4Q
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNORQFDf7tQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rLn9hVHqv0 - the very first thing I ever animated. It's bad but I'm sentimental about it ;) I did the animation and my firend (PaweÅ?) edited it to the paiting.

AND NOW THE BEST ONE ;)
My character Emilka, showing her diffrent emotions -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2aczoAVcac - I did this test about a year ago and I'm very proud of it ;)

An "artisitc" animated short I did a year a go...

Not bad! 2:09 is a lot of work. Good that you can do this practise. You will keep improving. And, although you are not working with "funny animals", your characters are very "cartoony".

Thanks :) It was all drawn on paper BTW :)

I had guessed that.

I didn't watch them all because there's so many of them, but they were very good. I'm really interested in seeing the live action one with subtitles.
Keep it up and best of luck with your 12 minute project.

Well I'm certainly no artist, but I sketched Scrooge with a revolver when I was bored. The beak is overlong, I meant to make it long but not quite so extreme. Also, my scanner's having issues so I had to just take a picture of it.

Scrooge's beak seems way too long for his head.

His expression is deadpan, but slightly sly. Very interesting. The gun is very well drawn.
AzureBlue
Yeah, again, I did mess up on the beak. Thanks on the expression and gun! Your artwork is fantastic, by the way.

A sketch I made for my girlfriend, with some of her favourite cartoon animals (and her own little dog on the left, and lots of books ;) ):

Mr. M
WOW! VERY COOL :D Looks great in color.
You're girfriend must be so happy ;)

P.S. Who is the other white dog?
McDuck Menu
That's Tobias, a dog from the Suske & Wiske (Bob & Bobbette? ) universe. Very popular comic in Belgium and the Netherlands.
AzureBlue
Oh wow. The colorized version looks even better.
