Does anybody know if "doggoned it" was something barks created or was
already in American language lifestyle back then? Coz i am using it quite
often now at English-speaking forums rather than curses, but i think it's a
form of curses, too, but most of my friends don't really understands it.

First, - Thanks Bob for your information on Jaime Diaz. It seems that
those of us who follow current animation should look for his name on the
credits of near-future films (or is it TV?).
Do we have some capable DCML members, who know the drawing styles of
various artists and have knowledge of how to make websites, AND have lots
of free website space? If so, perhaps a group of several of them could get
together and make a website showing a one-panel or one-page sample for each
artist, with perhaps a very short biography next to it. I have seen
something like this for a few artists on a few stray websites, but never
for a large number of artists, and never from various countries. For
instance, as we have so much interest in learning about the Italian
artists, such a tool would be helpful. But, of course, it would be nicer
to also include the Brasilian, Dutch, French, Egmont and other producers as
well. INDUCKS could be used as a reference to aid in identifying some of
the lesser known artists' work.

to climb "Demon Tooth".
By the way, in the previous WDC&S ("The Master Rainmaker"), the Idle Dandies
meet in Greenwood Canyon for their annual picnic. I can't find it (or missed it)

b/ the earliest panel possible featuring a recurring character created by the artist.

to get to the "Barks' Creations-- Timeline" section; clicking on "p , panel "
for the first five will display the panel in the lower left gray frame; naturally, I can

Oh, that goes back a few years, when Alberto Beccatini posted a message
to the indexers mailing list. Alberto wrote that Souza drew a couple of
stories with José Carioca in the late 60s, and the story in question S
69076 didn't look like anything else I had seen before, so I just
guessed on Souza.
In fact in Inducks we have 11 stories, all (apparently) from the Disney
Studio which I list here:

Ok, I worded my message poorly. Instead of asking wheather people felt insulted
when ther sites were stolen I meant if they felt hurt.

On the other hand, if the purpose of the site is to display maintainer's
personal knowledge or to be in any way profitable theft of such information
is the worst kind of crime one perform over the net.

And now for something complitely different: mr. Rosa, what are working on
currently? Last time I heard you were working on Panama related story. But

So Alberto probably knows Igayara...!
He drew AND wrote and INKED, in fact! :)
I'm indexing his histories with Arthur Faria Jr, and I can say that probably
al the stories from the Inducks with credits to him as an artist, goes to
him as a writer too! He is very good with gags and little histories!
The most big problem in indexign his comics was that he drew some of then
togheter with another artist, Izomar Camargo Guilherme and, thanks to my
"don't complete" collection, I can not check with him al of the stories!
But, he, hinself, taked a look on the Inducks, and sad to me that al of the
one's listed there are wroten by him!
In any way, I wil print the list, and check the titles with him, name by
name, and just after this Arthur will confirm this on the brazilian
database! The better way to discovery the artists behind Disney Comics:

without telling anyone where I got your credit cards. After all, you made
it publicly available. How can you possibly get angry? It's stupid to
expect to maintain control of your belongings on a public sidewalk. You are
not allowed to press charges, either. That would be "harassing others
because they steal" what is yours.
