And in fact Carl Barks himself used to paint them blue in his Duck oils, so it's perfectly in style.

So, one should never want anything to be better, or discuss flaws in ARCHIVAL projects? The Barks stories should be in chronological order. Sappo *should've* been printed at the top of the page in the Popeye books, and the yellowed pages and original coloring in the Yoe books and in the Drawn & Quartery John Stanley books (and also the awful coloring in the later Little Lulu books published by Dark Horse) simply look cheap and rushed....not authentic. Call me a pissy fan boy if you want. Forgive me for actually caring how the stuff I pay for is presented.....
